Amazing pair of handmade beluga Whale boots by Cowtown. These are historic boots custom made by Cowtown Mexican artisans in the late 1950s as an early version of their popular model W376 brown “Trailboss”. These are in AMAZING condition considering the age, just about perfect, the shape of these in such a rare size with be a purchase you can’t make anywhere else. This pair is hand stitched and the vamps. A pair of boots rarely reaches this age in this kind of condition, and it’s pretty much unheard of for them to be in that condition and in this large size. These boots are genuine pre-ban brown aquatic hide that are fully wearable and will last many more years if taken care of properly. The interior Cowtown tags date these boots to the latter half of the 1960s. These boots are sized at a 8 D, however as they were manufactured in the early Cowtown factory, however Cowtown was known to be generous with their sizing in vintage older models, which is a change from most other historic boot manufacturers. I would expect that these boots could accommodate an 8 E or 8.5 D or sometimes 9 D Men’s US. There very almost no noticeable marks around the vamps, but you do not get to this age, over 60 year’s old, without a little bit of character. These whale boots boots are a bold classic exotic vintage style and would look great in any collection.
