Men's 1980s Handcrafted Nocona Elephant 9 EE Midnight Black Tall Top Bright Red

Sale Price: $450.00 Original Price: $900.00

Amazing pair of handmade Nocona USA custom-constructed elephants from the 1980s. These are vintage boots custom-made by Nocona with super tall 17-inch calfskin tops and beautiful black Elephant skin lowers. Local artisans in the Nocona factory built these for some serious cowboy work, and the original owner only wore them for occasional riding, so we still have some really great condition left, with only some slight piping scrapes. The color on these vamps, combined with the uppers, is just one of a kind. The massive supply calf tops on these match nicely with the subtle elephant striations that make these boots a great choice for any office occasion or real cowboy workwear! These are in great condition, with no cracks or defects noted around the edges, and just fine condition uppers. This incredibly great wide size with a tough skin combo will be a purchase you can’t make anywhere with these discontinued models. This pair is hand-stitched, lasted, and pegged. These babies are a MUST for anyone with wide feet like me. These boots are genuine elephant skin boots with a nice, subtle back figure. These are fully wearable and will last just about forever if taken care of properly. The interior has your classic Nocona numberings and markings; check out the photos for more details, but the construction on these boots is TOP NOTCH. The owner of these boots dated them from right around the Nocona tag change in the early 1990s. These boots are sized at an incredibly hard-to-find 9 EE with a ton of room in them for a 9.5 D/E to fit comfortably. These classic elephant boots are a bold, exotic vintage style and would look great in any collection. Wear them with a suit or slide them on in a pair of jeans, and they’ll look equally as awesome.

All of my boots have been conditioned properly with an exotic-safe leather conditioner before shipping. Condition is Pre-owned. All boots are shipped using the most expedient, fastest, and economical means because no one wants to wait to put these boots on!
