Amazing pair of handmade beautiful elephant boots by Lucchese in the USA. These are historic boots custom and hand made by Lucchese artisans in the early 1970s in San Antonio. These are in great condition considering the age, makes the shape of these pretty rare in this wide size. This pair is hand lasted and the vamps and uppers both include the amazing genuine elephant skin which is now very rare for Lucchese to produce. A pair of boots rarely reaches this age in this kind of condition, and it’s pretty much unheard of for them to be in that condition and in this large size and wider width, and the amazing elephant collars and mule ear pulls on the tops of the uppers. These boots are genuine two-tone leather that are fully wearable and will last many more years. The interior San Antonio Lucchese brands inside date these boots to the 70s when Lucchese originally had their first factory in San Antonio. These boots are sized at a 10.5E. There very few marks around the vamps, just light scuffs, but you do not get to this age, almost 50 year’s old, without a little bit of character. These boots boots are a bold classic exotic vintage style and would look great in any collection.
